Cool, thoughtful - an adult man: Georg Listing, Bassist of Tokio Hotel, is celebrating his 27th birthday

Happy Birthday Georg!

The successful band Tokio Hotel celebrates the birthday of Georg Listing. The bassist is today, on the 31 March 27 years old.

With a Twitter picture, the band congratulated the musician. George is the oldest in the band: The twin brothers Bill and Tom Kaulitz (both 24) and drummer Gustav Schäfer (25) are younger.

And the fans congratulate with: After only a few hours, the congratulation was already shared 3,000 times.

For some time the members of the band live in the sunny city on the U.S. West Coast, after years of success they had taken a break.

But soon Tokio Hotel will get back to do more: in 2014, after five years finally a new album will be released.

In March 2013, Tokio Hotel have shown for the first time since three years together on a photo, here in Los Angeles

The band is looking forward to the new tasks. In an interview with MTV, the singer Bill Kaulitz said recently: "This year is very exciting for us, we release our new album."

Be even more pleased fans. Tokio Hotel has one of the self-sacrificing fan base at all (they call themselves "Aliens"): 313 000 Twitter followers, 3.6 million Facebook fans.

And that still stands today with concentrated power behind the band, the "Aliens" proves on the MTV Musical March Madness, a band contest in the United States, where the fans decide between victory and defeat. In the first round Tokio Hotel had to compete against the mega-rockers KORN.

The result of fan voting: 98 percent of the vote for Tokio Hotel.
