Bill Kaulitz has a new tattoo. On her Facebook page of Tokio Hotel, the singer now presents a picture that shows him with a tattooed heart recently.



Bill has tattooed a heart is - big and with either anatomical detail.
In the post are the words "Give me back my heart that your body rejected" - an excerpt from "Attention" Tokio Hotel song.
